Some breeds have specific dietary and health requirements. Royal Canin have a breed range taylored to certain breeds. Not every breed is covered but many are, especially those with certain needs. Here we have a brief overview of some of the range.
Bulldog - Available for Juniors and Adults. Bulldog has an S-shaped kibble, specially designed to suit the brachycephalic jaw. It also encouranges healthy skin and odour control. It is formulated to maintain weight and contains added joint support.
German Shepherd - Available for Juniors and Adults. German Shepherds have sensitive digestive systems due to a short digestive tract. It is highly digestable whilst maintaining the gut flora. It has a cross kibble adapted for German Shepherds. It also has the added benefit of joint support and promotes healthy skin and coat.
Pug - Available for Adults and Juniors. Pugs also have a brachycephalic jaw and their kibble is shaped so its easier for the dog to pick up. Royal Canin Pug also maintains good muscle tone and encourages correct weight.
West Highland White - Available for Adults. West Highland Whites are knows for skin problems. This formula contains specific amino acids for hair growth and fatty acids from borage oil and flax seeds for skin health. It reduces tartar and is suitable for fussy eaters.
